  34. I have no choice but to think that this site is a scam. I was asked to upgrade and pay to get hookup ID. I paid but was never given a hookup ID. Rather the response i got was an alternative link which also demanded I pay another subscription fee with no hopes of recieving a hookup ID. Pure scamming and illegal site. Very poor at resolving issues and a lot of fake profiles

The details in your t&cs on how to do this don’t work on the Android app. Once my account is closed please clearly confirm how many payments you have taken from me since signing up in NovembeR. Please note that this is a very simple customer request and I wish for a straight forward answer. Can you also tell me if any of the other spam type sites which have been stated as linked to you have charged me anything? I received several aggressive emails from SITEADEMILY saying they want to charge me €300 as I’ve not verified my account. When I’ve looked into this they appear to be porn sites that I’ve never used.
    You have taken payment from me as a customer, I expect all my questions answered clearly in a straightforward fashion with no attempts to mislead my questions! This is without doubt the most disappointing dating site I have ever used!

  99. I joined for $19.99 yesterday and purchased a membership but I was unable to send messages. I then upgraded to the full membership for $30 and still couldn’t send messages! I contacted your support online and my phone has since stopped working. What I am unhappy about aside from the app not allowing the functionality it promised, is that you’ve charged me TWICE for both memberships. I have TWO payments that have come out from Itunes today one for $30.99 and the other for $19.99.

    Surely you cannot charge me for TWO subscriptions? At the very least I want a refund for one of them, but given the failures of your site and functionality not delivering, I have been unable to utilise any of these subscriptions and actually want to cancel both.

    Therefore I am asking for a refund for both and would appreciate your prompt and positive response to the above
